Best Program

Forum » Coaching Strategies » Best Program
I've been looking at you information about drills, techniques, and ebooks but I'm not sure where to start. I'm going to coaching girls high school basketball and wanted to know what's the best program or books to purchase that's going help me dominate?
Thank you,

Jojo
There's so much good information out there it's hard to know where to start. Kind of depends on your coaching philosophy, strengths as a coach, etc.

I think defense is important, so maybe start there. Depending on whether you want to run man, zone, and/or press.... here are a few good resources:

Man to man: https://www.breakthroughbasketball.com/pr/huber-defense.html

2-3 zone: https://www.breakthroughbasketball.com/pr/marshall-zone-defense.html

1-3-1 zone: https://www.breakthroughbasketball.com/pr/will-rey-31-defense.html

Press: https://www.breakthroughbasketball.com/pr/haske-uptempo-system.html

Pick one of those products and then get your team playing great defense!!!

Next I think player development is vital. Here are a few good player development products:

Next you'll want an efficient offense to get good shots. I like motion offense... this is really good:

If you prefer a pattern / continuity offense, these are good:

Lastly, just to reiterate, read this article that I think is good advice for becoming a really good team:
