Freshman Basketball

I'm a junior in high school and have been asked to coach a freshman basketball team. This team will consist of players who have never played basketball before. Most of them won't know how to shoot, dribble or pass a ball. The won't know any of the rules. I was hoping you could outline what the most import thing to teach first would be. Should I teach shooting then passing then dribbling or what would you suggest? 40minutes will be the most training in a week we shall have. Have you any suggestions or tips to help me? Thanking you in advance.
