award certificates?

Does anyone have an online resource they would recommend for a template for a basketball certificate? I'm looking for something that recognizes my players' hard work and good effort without being "phony" and saying they are "MVPs" (we never won a game) or something like that. (This was a building year for us: we were a very young team who had trouble even scoring against the older teams we played. Our "strength" out on the court was our defense.)
