Systematic vs. Flexible

Just wandering what you would consider to be the best way. I am looking for answers for next season. I am a high school and junior high. I am going into my second year and would take any advice that you might have. And what did you try in your career as head coach. \r

Starting with a good feeder program is the place to start.. make sure those kids come in with good fundamentals and know how to play good m2m defense.
