Zone offense rebounding drills

We really need to improve our rebounding against the zone. Are there any techniques or drills specific to the zone?

Coach,
If you look over on the left side under Player Tips & Development - then go to rebounding I think you will find what you are looking for.

My question was whether rebounding is rebounding or whether there were differences in technique when playing against a zone (for example that take advantage of the fact the defensive players don't have assignments).

Offensive Rebounding Techniques
A. Crash boards consistently (not just every once in awhile)
B. Avoid box-out
Fake and go opposite -- before the defender makes contact step as though you are going to go in one direction and quickly step in the opposite.
Spin -- attack the middle of the defensive player's feet and spin around the player by using either foot as a pivot foot.
Hook Step -- lock feet with the defensive rebounder in order to be on equal standing.
Pressure and Spin -- apply pressure to one side of the defensive player and spin in the opposite direction.
C. Keep ball up ("chin it" after securing the rebound - hold it up under the chin with both hands)
D. Taps
Control the ball with fingers
Use taps to keep the ball alive when unable to control ball clearly (this could mean tapping to yourself or tapping to a teammate)
This is it. If you can do these things well, and consistently, you will become a good or even great offensive rebounder. As I said above, it takes hard work along with these skills. Don't settle for less than you are capable of doing.
