how did all those top nba and college players find a way to practice so much and still keep up with their work in their senior year

Its all about priorities.... set some goals for yourself.. and remember, school work comes first....
Those top NBA players are blessed with a lot of natural talent and have a great work ethic - thats how they made it to that level... HARD WORK.
Set a lofty goal and have a Plan B.... because even IF you make it to the big time you are one major injury away from having to do something else.
Good luck,
Ken

My son played high school ball last year. He graduated and now is a freshman in college.
It was tough for him. Preseason practices were 7 days a week. When conference play started practices went to 5 days a week but they were brutal 2 hour practices with lots of conditioning so he came home completely wiped out. Somehow...someway....he found time to stay on task with his studies.
Like Coach Ken said, Priorities!!
School must be priority. It comes first above hoop, video games or hangin' with your boys. Find time to take care of all homework and put in time to study for tests and quizzes. Take full advantage of all your study halls. Bring your schoolwork and books home on the weekend to study. If you are falling behind, contact your teacher or advisor and ask for help.
Good Luck
Merry Christmas!!
