Defensive ideas

I’ve subscribed to your newsletters for four years now. I’m wondering if you can recommend any defensive ideas for my team. We’re a bunch of guys (self-coached) playing grass-roots basketball in country South Australia. Not a particularly high standard but we’ve made it to the finals. Our opponents have two players who dominate us on the scoreboard...one is a shooting guard and the other is a super athletic small forward. Our starting guards don’t play a lot of “D” so it is up to our slower talls and bench to deal with them. What do you reckon? TIA Nick
