Is the Value Point System package by Danny Miles the way to go?
I coach 16u and we play in the BIG SHOTS league, I want the next three years to be great. Don't have a lot of time to prepare, just need some help.to reach our goals. I want to run up tempo offense and play great defense. It will be hard to get good data though for the VPS.

If you can get the stats I think the VPS is helpful. We use it.

The Keith Haske system is also good to create tempo. You really can't go wrong with these systems.
