Warm up routine

Looking to develop a warmup routine for my 4th grade team. Warmup times differ from 5 to 15 minutes usually. Just looking for something besides lay up lines or a pass and cut drill. Iour travel program has lost some court time this year so I do want to utilize any extra court time to work on skills. I wouldn't do drills they haven't done in practice, but maybe go beyond the norm of what I grew up doing before games.

What do you for warmups?
I assume you mean warm up before games? And not a warm up before practice?

Here are a couple ideas for warm up before games:

Triangle pass and cut

Shell drill

2 balls, 3 shooters (modified version)

Circle dribling and lay ups - Everyone has a ball. Line at half court on right side facing basket. Line on left baseline facing midcourt. Players can speed dribble of make a few moves at comes. Players going to basket shoot lay ups. Players going to mid court do a jump step and pivot. Then they go to other lines. After a couple minutes switch directions so everyone gets left lay ups too and left hand dribbling. It's very similar to this drill except you just work with one basket.

Pretty cool pregame warm-up drill that our local varsity girls use, and I stole and implemented with my 8th grade boys - half court three man weave, last pass leaves the ball on the ground at the circle and retreats and plays D vs. the other 2. So half court three man weave into a half court 2 on 1 coming back. Gets the kids into game mode where they're attacking the basket and taking shots under pressure, get some contact going vs. just shooting.
