Limited practice time. Flex or Motion?

I am hoping for your recommendation of what system to purchase to teach my girls (motion, flex or other). They played together for the 1st time last year in 4th grade and I am now preparing for the 5th grade season. Last year we ran set plays but I would like to do something more dynamic this year. They are not a highly athletic or tall group and there are no year round ball players but they play with heart and managed to win half their games last year. One challenge I have is limited practice time with 2 one hour spots per week. So, I would like to purchase and try one of your systems. Which would be one we could implement in the shortest time that would have the biggest impact? I appreciate your guidance!! Joe

My default recommendation for a youth team is motion offense.
What offense can you implement in the shortest time? A simple motion offense with just a few basic rules is definitely the easiest. Can be done in one practice.
With a continuity like flex, it takes LOTS of repetitions to get it down. If you want a continuity offense, I would recommend flex for youth. But if you're open to a motion I would go with that.
I would recommend following the rules suggested in the Kelbick motion offense:

Then pick a few simple actions to practice with you team, while practicing skills at the same time. If you need help picking some good actions to use, just let us know.
