I am trying to locate a copy of the National Federation of High School Basketball rule book. I have tried the web site and cannot get the order form to go through. The toll free number doesn't work either. Anyone know where I can get a copy?

Try going through your local high school association, that's the way I got mine.

I'm still baffled that you have to buy the NFHS rules. They should be free to download.
