Captains

I have a team of 5th grede boys and it's a travel team. Should I name captains for the season or should I rotate it. In the past, I have not used captains. As the boys are getting older, some are starting to demonstrate leadership qualities.

Here is a great opportunity to help these young kids learn some leadership skills. You might pick different captains for each game... pair one that has shown some leadership skills already with someone that needs a little mentoring.
