I agree... this looks like a good plan... work on this and hopefully it will help you reach your goal.

Ok sweet thanks for all the advice .... Another questions , i was watching a clip of the boston celtics assistant coach (cant remember his name i think it was kevin or something) running a camp for derrick rose, kevin durant, kevin love, sherron collins etc and he want them to have one foot back when getting ready to catch and shoot . Would you guys advise to do that or to step in too your shot with the one two step like you see most players doing in the pros ( i personally find that more comfortable) what would be the right thing to do .

just too add to that i also find that if you use the 1-2 step in feels more like game conditions . Whats your take on it?

My suggestion is to do what works best for you... we taught the 1-2 approach, catching the pass going into your shot and planting your inside foot...
You can do a little flip drill that teaches this easily... start at one elbow and flip the ball out in front of you.... catch the ball and plant your inside foot, square up and shoot... that helps you to get your legs into your shot.
Some like the jump stop and while we used that in the paint area, I wanted the 1-2 on the perimiter.
