A Fine Mess

Thanks for the input! I suppose I knew the right answer...doing the right thing is never the easy road.

I really like Coach MT's input. I think this is hitting it on the head.

I do have the support of our Athletic Director, and the parents that know. This includes the star player's mom (who wants to know when the kid messes up so she can deal with it). Running to mommy isn't something that I think a coach should do more than once. I did tell her that he was causing issues, and she spoke with him, but the behavior continues; the person that is running the team needs to stand up for the team.
