This move is called the Russell Westbrook "Pass Fake" Euro Step. It's an advanced move that ramps up the normal Euro Step and makes it even more effective.

It helps you to get the helpside defense to bite on the pass fake and slide out of position. This opens up a lane for you to finish at the basket.
