Not a fan of the move practiced. I agree players should develop "a move" but the player is right handed but using his right foot as his pivot on the right block, this is not a good combination for calling for and receiving the ball on the block - he is facing the baseline and not the other direction where a pass would come from. Also, when he faces up he is dipping the ball in front of the body, a defender could steal or recover during this time. Better move is to call for the ball with left foot extended and right foot against defender which creates the space and provides the player a more natural left foot pivot.

THE best instructional video and player development system I have seen. I learn something new every time I watch. I coach Junior High and implement the drills into practice. Very efficient method to learn in limited practice time at this level.
