Youth Coaching Defense Question

Thanks for the plethora of vaulable information, specifically designed from those of us who as novices, coach youth basketball. I have 3 boys and have coached 10+ teams over the years. Your insight is greatly appreciated. Saw one of your videos on defense. I've been "teaching" man-to-man since each boy was 6. last year in the 8 & 12 yr-old leagues in which i coached, only 1 other team played man. (of course, it costs us games sometimes.) Maybe it's because guys don't want to teach it or they are too focused on winning. Probably the latter. Keep pushing that in your newsletters--great stuff.

Art,
God Bless you for teaching them the right way, down the road they will thank you and you might get a chance to see them play high school ball some day...... winning is great, but at the ages you coach that should be last on the list of importantance!
Keep teaching m2m D and how to play the game.

Congrats, Coach.
Keep teaching them m2m and moving their feet in the long run it pays dividends.
