does any of these shooting training devices work?

Coaches i was wondering if any of these basketball shooting training devices work or help? I have seen gadgets that you can put on the rim to help make you use peoper arch and ive seen gadgets you put on your hands and shooting arm to make you use proper form and not guide hand and gloves to make you use finger tips and etc. Do any of these work and if so which ones or are they waste of money? thanks look forward to hearing your responses.
