Hey Guys,
We have our final night of tryouts tonight. This is a 7th/8th Grade Combination tryout with the final cuts tonight.
We plan on working these guys a bit more than in the separated tryouts because these were the ones who made it through the first round of cuts earlier this week.
I have only done basic stretching at the beginning of the tryouts; forward lunges, 30-30 drills, etc, and I want something a little more dynamic tonight. Any suggestions on what I could do?
