How To Set Up For A Foul Shot

Hey Guys,
Great stuff, thanks. Can you please tell me how to position the players for a fouls shot. Like where does each position stand when either we or the other team is going to shoot a foul shot.

Simple

Opposing players of shooter on each low block, teammates of shooter on each middle block, opposing players of shooter on each high block.

When the opponent is shooting a free throw, your players on the low block need to put the foot that is closest to the shooter right next to the line and step with foot into the lane to block out the player in the middle block. One player on the high block should be designated to step in front of the shooter (after the shot) to prevent him from getting a long rebound.
