Can you point me to any information on the use of a point forward instead of a point guard. Our team has no traditional post player and our guards are good defenders but not really well suited to lead the offense. We are thinking of using a point forward to run the offense.

You really don't have to change much... it depends on your offense... there were several years where my point guard was not very good vs pressure so we let out 4 man bring it up and inititiate our offense... get it started and then move to wherever you want him/her.
