Mentality - shot, shot, shot vs zone

Hello,
I'm going through the Attack and Counter System and I really like the mentality piece of the system.
My question is how to coach the shot, shot, shot mentality vs a zone. I'm thinking about the philosophy
of moving the ball for a high percentage shot. Against zones we can get open 3 pointers a lot, but not
all of my guys are good outside shooters.
