Adjusting to new personel

My team this year will have no dominate post player, avg height and avg athletically with one decent shooter. Any ideas on what offense to adjust too. I do not think this group can run a 41 motion.

You can run a 5 out motion... use temporary post ups if you have advantage, high post with back cuts, or no post ups at all. If you have any questions about 5 out, let us know.
