Do you have some recommendations of a coach who could work with my son on his shorting form?

The best bet is contacting local basketball organizations that put on the AAU or club tourneys. They usually know of coaches that teach one on one lessons.

Another option to consider is a video coaching like Rick Penny offers. He does a good job.
