Liability Insurance and Waivers

I hold free basketball clinics for kids 5 and up.

1. Does anyone recommend that I purchase General Liability Insurance for myself?

2. Should I have the parents sign a waiver to release me from any liability if their kid should get injured during the training?

I'm not a lawyer but that's what we do. So my answer is yes and yes.
