lost game data

Entered a whole game with the app, but when we got home to look back at stats, it was gone. Am I missing something on how to save games?

Games are saved automatically so you don't have to do anything to save them.

You should be able to go the Games screen and tap on that game to go back to the stats screen. Also, if you go to Reports, you should be able to see the game and the various stats.

Is this the first game you've done with the app?

Note that the best way to communicate with support is to go to the About screen in the app and then select Contact.

Yes, this was our first game using the app. But we thought it was saved. Maybe we hit delete somewhere without realizing. Thanks for the response.

Let us know if you need further help. You might try experimenting with a test game to make sure everything works for you. Then you can delete it when you are satisfied. If you need help use the Contact button in the app. Thanks.
