practice shooting in winter

is it okay to wear gloves when its cold outside and practice my shooting? They are knit gloves made out of wool i think
If it's so cold that you can't feel your hands when you shoot, then yes I would use gloves. If at all possible, I think it's better to shoot without a glove.

Props to you for getting out no matter what the conditions!
I had some 8th graders that would go out and shovel their drive to shoot some baskets... no gloves. I would imagine that it depends on how cold it is outside.

Keep shooting and your shot will get better.
