Jog at 5:30-5:45am to 6:30-6:45am.
Workout at 1pm to 4pm
Stationary ball handling at 6pm to 6:45pm

If you're trying to get faster or stronger, and there is no improvement or a decrease, then you migh tbe over-training. You can usually tell. Experiment. Take a few days off from leg work... see if that gets you better results and how you feel.
