Shooting Form

i am a 16 year old and i play basketball at my school but i have a problem with my shooting form.

When i go to shoot the ball curves to the right (i am a lefty) every time and it does not allow the ball to go in

I've tried everything from drills to looking up how to get the proper form but for some reason it's not working and i don't know what's wrong.
