3 chair rules?

Hi, Coach Kelbick,

I'm just beginning to work my way through Attack and Counter. In the Ballhandling and Warmup chapter of the first disc (time counter 1:41:14) you ask the players, "What are your three chair rules?" It is difficult to hear the player response and I was hoping you could spell them out for me.
