Hi Tonya, I'm all set. Verified with my bank yesterday that the original order I tried did not go through then reoredered. It went through and I have the confirmation. I tried the forum and email on Monday.

Was your order processed? My bank shows a payment has been made but I have not received my ebook? How long does it take to process?

The ebook should be delivered via email almost instantly. Sometimes emails get delayed and/or have problems. But if you didn't receive in 15 minutes then there must be an issue with the delivery.
Based on the email used for this forum post, I looked up the order and I do not see that the order on our end. Maybe there was an error or the internet went down during the check out process? Or you used a different email for the purchase?
In any case, please email your first name, last name, email address, and mailing address to: info@breakthroughbasketball.com
Tonya will then look into this for you and get things straightened out for you asap.

At this point I am a little frustrated because I did send like 3 emails and have no gotten a response.
