I coach 14-15 year olds. I have coached and played for a number of years but I need to see a simple progression of drills that will teach how to build my defense and offensive skill set. My team needs to be aggressive but often gets out muscled for the ball, out rebounded, and often plays away from their checks because they don't want to get beat. How do I get them to work in tandem up the floor? I realize that repetition of skills will transfer to the game but I need a template to do this. I don\'t want something generic here. Can you find a selection of items that might fit the bill?

Here is a start....

http://www.breakthroughbasketball.com/pr/mandefense.html

If you look at the left hand side on this page under Offense and Defense.. you should be able to find what you are looking for.

Do you play m2m defense? I could tell you how I put our defense together but I think that link will give you a better idea as to what you need to do....
