Lead Instructor - Ty Searles

Searles is currently an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Lawrence Tech University. He joined the staff in 2020 after a stellar two-year career for the Blue Devils.

He is the Owner of Trust You Training Skill Development and has coached and developed players from all levels from NBA to elementary school.

A native of Pontiac, Michigan. Earned Bachelors in Business Administration and a masters degree in Business Administration, Project Management from Lawrence Technological University.

Searles earned NAIA All-American Honorable Mention honors as a senior in 2018-19 as he averaged 24.6 ppg to lead the WHAC in scoring. The First Team All-WHAC selection helped guide Lawrence Tech to their first-ever WHAC Tournament appearance.
