Lead Instructor - Karlyle Ross
Coach Karlyle brings over 16 years of coaching and player development experience across the United States and overseas, working with athletes from youth levels through junior college and Division I programs. His global coaching résumé includes leading basketball camps in Beijing, China and Khartoum, Sudan, along with dozens more throughout the U.S.
A dedicated skill-development coach, Karlyle has trained and evaluated more than 5,000 athletes, logging over 20,000 hours of training. His work includes developing 50+ international professionals as well as multiple NBA and WNBA players. Since 2020, he has been the owner and lead trainer of Basketball Junkies LLC.
Karlyle’s coaching background includes roles at the NCAA Division III and JUCO levels over the past five years. He currently serves as the Head Boys Basketball Coach for the 7th-grade program at Blessed Savior East Campus and works as a consultant for several AAU programs in the Milwaukee area.
He has also been a committed Breakthrough Basketball assistant coach for several years, contributing his energy and teaching expertise to camps nationwide.
Prior to his coaching career, Karlyle proudly served on active duty in the United States Army.
