Lead Instructor - Justin Busch

Coach Justin Busch is the Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Loras College and brings a strong background in player development, leadership, and program success.

He has coached at both Loras College and Illinois Wesleyan University, helping lead teams to conference championships, NCAA Tournament runs, and multiple All-Conference and All-American honors.

Busch began his coaching career at his alma mater, Loras, after a successful playing career where he served as team captain and earned three Academic All-Conference awards.

He holds a master’s degree in sport psychology from Illinois State University and is a native of Bartlett, Illinois.
