Lead Instructor - Cameron Karajanis


Cameron Karajanis, a Cheyenne, Wyoming native, is a dedicated coach and personal trainer with a 
strong background in athletics and community development. He graduated from Central High 
School in 2008 before pursuing studies in Exercise Science and Business Administration at 
Sheridan College and Laramie County Community College. 

Karajanis began his coaching career in 2009 as an assistant coach for the Sheridan College 
women’s basketball team, a role he held for three years. In 2012, he transitioned to the position of 
Head Women’s Basketball Coach at NSI Academy in Sheridan, Wyoming, where he led the program 
until 2015. 

After returning to Cheyenne, Karajanis worked with the Boys & Girls Club of Cheyenne and Comea 
Inc., contributing to youth and community initiatives. In 2017, he resumed coaching as the 
McCormick Junior High School football coach, a position he held until 2022. Additionally, he served 
as an assistant girls’ basketball coach at Pine Bluffs High School from 2020 to 2023. 

In 2023, Karajanis joined Laramie County Community College as an assistant girls’ basketball 
coach, further expanding his impact in collegiate athletics. Additionally, he currently serves as the 
Athletic Director at McCormick Junior High School. Alongside his coaching career, he is a Certified 
Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association and the owner of 307 
Training & Development, a business focused on athletic training and personal development. 
With a passion for mentorship and sports performance, Karajanis continues to inspire and guide 
athletes at all levels.
