Coach Dwon Kelly has over 15 years of experience across high school, AAU, semi-professional, and professional levels. A Maywood, Illinois native, he is deeply committed to using basketball as a tool to teach discipline, integrity, and perseverance so that athletes can excel on and off the court

As Head Varsity Coach at Proviso West HS, Coach Kelly led one of Illinois’ most competitive programs, emphasizing discipline, teamwork, and academic success. Under his leadership, multiple players advanced to the collegiate level

Coach Kelly is the founder and director of Kelly Athletics, where he provides customized training in skill development, strength, and conditioning for all levels

Coach Quentin Mitchell

He has experience with Pro Skills Basketball as a head coach for a boys team and also has been a head coach at the junior varsity level at Christ The King High School since June 2018 in Huntersville, N.C. McBride also served as an assistant coach with the girls and boys varsity program at Christ The King.

Off the court, McBride has served as a teacher's assistant at Stoney Creek Elementary in Charlotte, NC.

At these basketball camps, you improve your scoring, ball handling, shooting, passing, athleticism, footwork, decision-making, and 1 on 1 moves to take your game to the next level!

These basketball camps are for boys and girls in grades 3rd to 8th.

You will learn the techniques and skill needed to become a great shooter.

You will learn the essential skills to becoming a great ball handler… no fluff.

You will learn how to make more lay ups.

You will learn how to become a defensive stopper and rebounding machine.

You will learn the critical components of basketball IQ required to become a great offensive player from an individual and team aspect.

Ball Handling

Stationary ball handling routine that improve rhythm, feel, and coordination with the basketball.

After we have built a great shooting foundation, we will progress to shooting off of the catch. You will learn:

Learn Advanced Shooting Techniques Used by the Pros

Your spot will be immediately reserved once payment is made.

Then check your email in 10-15 minutes for a Welcome Message with all the information you need to set your child up for success at camp.

Observing Coaches

Coaches can attend for free by working the basketball camp. Email us with your coaching/playing experience if you're interested in helping with the basketball camp.

Otherwise there is a $97 fee to attend as an "observing coach". You will get to learn new drills and techniques from Dwon Kelly, just like all the players and other coaches in attendance. Visit this link to reserve your spot as an observing coach.

This fee is not necessary for parents or individuals of paid campers.
