About Coach Jim Huber

Jim Huber is currently the Director of Coach Development and a Camp Director at Breakthrough Basketball.

Jim has developed and coached NBA players as well as elite prospects who have attended the nation's top college basketball programs, including Duke and Kentucky.

Featuring 20+ years of basketball coaching experience at the youth, high school, and college levels, Jim's resume includes 45 championships, 13 runner-up finishes, and 26 final four appearances at regional and national tournaments.

He served as the head coach for Mokan Basketball, a Nike sponsored team. Mokan reached the Final Four at the 2012 Peach Jam, which was made up of the top 24 teams from the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League.

In 2013, Jim coached his team to a 1st place finish at the 2013 Nike Global Challenge.

  • His Team USA West squad featured future NBA talents Stanley Johnson (Detroit Pistons) and Kelly Oubre (Washington Wizards)

  • Coached at the Nike Elite 100 Camp which selects the top 100 high school players.

  • #1 Team Defense at 2013 Nike EYBL which has the top 40 Nike High School teams from North America and consists of 18 regular season games. Qualified for 2013 Nike Peach Jam.

  • 42 Collegiate players and 22 at Division 1 level.
