Breakthrough Basketball Newsletter:
7 Workouts for Holiday Break

December 27, 2020

Here is a great message for your players that Paris Davis recently sent out.

You will also find 4 workouts you can do at home in his message.

And below that, we included 3 workouts you can do if you’re fortunate to have access to some space and a basketball hoop.

Time to Get to Work! 4 Workouts You Can Do At Home

Hello!

With the holidays right here, most players take a week or two off from basketball (assuming you're fortunate and your team has been able to play).

Over the break, you should take a few days off to recharge your physical and mental batteries. Spend time with family, enjoy the holidays.

But do not take the entire 1-2 weeks off! You should get the ball back in your hands and maintain your conditioning over the break.

With that in mind, we added a few more timely workouts to the One Up Basketball blog. You can do any of these workouts at home over the holiday break or any time of the year:

4 Basketball Workouts You Can Do at Home Alone (No Hoop Needed)

Hope you find this helpful.

BTW, we'll be dropping new videos on our YouTube channel each week. So keep an eye out for that.

If there are any topics you'd like me to cover or if you have any questions about improving your game, please let me know.

Happy Holidays!
