Best Stats

What are the best stats to take that will emphasize team goals. Let me explain. I want to know which stats are the best to keep that are not focused on one players such as points etc.

My thought process is

turnovers
rebounds
?

Start with :

Turnovers
Rebouds
Dive on Loose balls
Charges
Deflections

These are some that we took.

I assume you I am understanding you when you say deflections as tips?

Yes, any time you can tip of deflect the ball to disrupt the flow of their offense or resulting in a turnover.

Here are the stats that I focus on and share with the players after every game.

Shots (FG) Taken
Effective Field Goal % (EFG%)
Free Throw Attempts
Points Per Possession (PPP)
Turnovers
Offensive Reb %
Defensive Reb %
Lay Up Attempts

I also share the players Value Point Score because I think that gets them playing the right way and motivates them. They all want to know what their score is and it does get competitive.
