Ineligible

This is my second year of coaching and I have this is the worst year so far of having kids ineligible. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get kids to be eligible and stay that way. We have kids that are ineligible do extra conditioning. Any ideas would be great. Thanks!

You might try a mandatory study hall...... conditioning wont get them eligible..... in better shape yes, eligible - nope.

This has to be important to them... otherwise you are wasting your time... you might try contacting their teachers to find out the reasons why.... you could contact the parents to make sure that they are trying to help their kids too.
