Best way to design plays on the computer

Does anyone know of softwart that can be used to design plays on the computer with animation?

For diagramming drills and plays our favorite is:

However I don't think it does moving animations. But it creates really clean graphics and saves a lot of time because of the fast build features.
I believe that Jessoft has animation features and it's good software. But just doesn't allow you to create diagrams as fast as Fastdraw.
