Im 11, and im wondering what are some good plyometric workouts that will help my vertical ,quickness, and speed.

Right now you should work on getting quicker ... like some of those drills on you tube I sent before.
Was thinking about this today Will...... while its great that you want to make yourself the best player you can be.... you're 11... have some FUN.

IF you can do this and still have FUN, then more power to you...... make sure you don't burn yourself out before you get to the high school level.

Set some goals for yourself... Things you want to be able to do by 7th grade, 8th grade, 9th thru 12th ( your junior and senior year in high school can and should be a lot of fun ) Don't over think the game.
