Thank you for providing a good site for coaches. I asked a friend of mine named Jim McGannon from Basketball Basics in Michigan for some help with individual workouts. My workouts are good for my players but I'm always looking for ways to improve them and break up the monotony. What resources can you recommend for post and perimeter player workouts in the summer and fall? Any help you can give is greatly appreciated.

I've seen it explained this way -
You can't touch the ball, go out of bounds, then come back in and be the first person to touch it again so no, it's not legal to make a save then come back in and touch the ball first.... BUT -
Both feet have to be established in bounds before the player can touch the ball again without being called out of bounds
SORRY - I put this in the wrong spot....
