Playing with only 4 players-help

Just found out we will only have 4 players for our Championship game today.... We are a 6th grade girls rec team, have not lost a game all year....what kind of defense would you suggest? The other team only has 1 good player, thinking a Triangle and 1....Open to any suggestions....No guest players, no moving game, no forfeit, game is to be played... Thanks

Ouch.... while I would always say play m2m at this age..... you really don't have a choice..... triangle and 1 is about the best you can do.... good luck, let us know how that goes.

You could run a box set D.... with the nearest player covering her and everyone else end up in that triangle..... or you could play m2m and NOT defend their worst player and see if she can beat you. Just some thoughts.

Thanks for the help...Ended up playing Triangle and 1. Put our best player on their best...held her to 5 pts and we won the game 19-9. Thanks again for the different options...
