Can you give me some good tips for basketball plays and post defense.

If you are a coach, your plays need to fit your style and your players strength. I would suggest something with movement such as a motion set with either one or two post players.
Not sure what you want on post defense. Many coaches like to front post players and not allow the offense to catch. Others 3/4 front or don't front at all. That depends on your post defender and the effectiveness of your help.
What age are you possibly working with?
I would also suggest looking at the website. It has many good plays and suggestions on defense.

I agree with the last post ... teach a motion offense.... if this is a very young group, teach pass and cut..... IF you teach plays thats what you get - kids that can run plays and not know or understand the game of basketball. JMO
