Hi guys,

Firstly - thank you so much for sharing all this information, l'm in awe of your knowledge. It is useful, easy to understand and keeps me motivated to coach. My QUESTION - do you know where l could get a hold of some training goggles - l would need 5 or 6? Any ideas?

I've been on line and Dick's Sporting Goods has some.

I've heard they are fun even for us old hands ... hope you don't mind being labelled an old hand.

I always tell people that I am 10 years older than dirt. Coach Mac fits into this category also. :-)
