rate your skills in a particular area on a scale 1 - 10...areas could be ball handling, leadership skills, defene, ec...

What areas you need to focus on for the offseason and how to plan to improve

You can also ask questions relating to the team

Did the team have achieve its goals

Who was the best practice player

Who was the worst practice player

Who is the best/worst leader

I really think your questions depend on your team and the team chemistry. Did you have issues with your team playing hard? Did your team overachieve? Relate your questions to answer questions you may even have about your returing players.
