Fundraising Ideas

I am coaching at a high school in India. I am from the U. S. Do you know any way I could raise money so that I could get two basketball standards so that we can teach outside of the school----younger kids the great game of basketball? I constantly have kids who want to play basketball. They come up and ask coach when are you going to teach us. We have a very rough surface to play on but it will work for now. I started to get two basketball standards put up but it was costing more than I could afford. I tried to get some of the local merchants and the politicians to help but they were like most of our politicians they didn't give a Hoot about the kids. Also do you have some very simple exercises to develop jumping ability and quickness and also some basic offensive plays that will work for the young or novices. I would also be interested in changing defenses and how to signal the changes etc...with players who can't speak my language or vice versa. Any help you might give would be appreciated.
