College Basketball Try-Outs

I am a coaching a college basketball team. I need some idea from you with regards how to handle a basketball try-out and some drills to apply.

I'm assuming D-3 school. You must have some experince in player evaluation at lower levels of coaching. You're going to have to come up with a Player Evaluation Sheet for tryouts. You need to find good assistant coaches. And develop a program that stresses your philosphy, goals and what type of team you want to develop. Good communication skils are essential.
